Santander Bank

This project included services to prepare up to three Concept Plans to include the development of a freestanding 2,800 SF bank with two drive thru lanes and a bypass lane. The plan was de-signed in accordance with the local Zoning Ordinance for building setbacks, parking, and other bulk requirements. Included in our work was the preparation of site civil plans including drainage cal-culations, coordination with utility companies and Brick Municipal Utility Authority for sewer and water connections.

Capital OneOur work also include testimony and approval from Brick Township Planning Board for the required variances and waivers required for approval and coordination with the project Attorney. The project also in-cluded coordination with the site Contractor for review of drain-age, asphalt and other submittals.
